Where is the Spa located?
The doTERRA Spa is located in Pleasant Grove, Utah. It is on the doTERRA corporate campus inside the Product Center building on the northwest end of the building. Just enter the Product Center and walk straight back and the spa is on your right.
Who can book an appointment?
Everyone, including doTERRA Wellness Advocates, doTERRA employees, and the general public.
How do I book an appointment?

Does the Spa offer gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase any amount or buy a full service at the listed price. You can also include a tip as part of the gift card amount.
What are the provided services and the pricing at the doTERRA Spa?
We offer 60 and 90 minute Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, 35 and 60 minute Facials, as well as a 45 minute AromaTouch®Technique. All of which can be booked as a couples service. Visit our doTERRA Spa pages to learn more about services or pricing.
Do you do prenatal massage?
Yes. We offer prenatal massage, please call for details.
What is the AromaTouch Technique?
The AromaTouch Technique is an essential oil application to the back and feet. This 45 minute technique combines the unique benefits of human touch with the power of essential oils to create an overall wellness experience. Each essential oil in the AromaTouch Technique was selected for its individual aromatic properties, and for their aromatic properties when combined. The overall scent of the AromaTouch Technique is soothing, light, and pleasant to the senses.
What are the hours of operation for the Spa?
Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with our first availability at 8:15am, and Saturday 9am-2pm with our first availability at 9:15 am.
Where do I park?
Spa Clients are encouraged to park in the Product Center parking lot.
What kind of clothing should I wear to my service?
Relaxing, casual clothes that you aren’t concerned about getting oil or lotion on are recommended. We recommend jewelry to be left at home as it may interfere with the service and we will not be responsible for lost or stolen jewelry. Your technician will discuss how to disrobe for your particular service. You may disrobe to your level of comfort, however, most guests remove all clothing for massage as it interferes with the massage services, though it’s not required. Our technicians are trained to always use proper draping techniques to protect your privacy. Robes are available upon request, though not necessary since disrobing and re-robing will be done in the privacy of the room used for your service.
What preparation should I do before my service?
Always shower before your service, as it will warm up the muscles for a massage and open up your pores for a facial. Shaving is optional before your service, though we would recommend shaving 24 hours before your service to avoid any possible irritation. We are a dry spa, so no showers, tubs, or saunas are used with any of our services.
What time should I arrive before my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out paperwork.
What happens if I am running late?
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the hands-on time you have with your technician and will end at the scheduled time so the next client is not delayed. The full amount of your service will still be owed.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you do need to cancel, we ask that you let us know 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.
What products do you use?
We use a variety of doTERRA essential oils, fractionated coconut oil, and all 3 skin care lines.
Most products in the spa are doTERRA owned products, aside from the Bon Vital Organic Massage Crème.
What are the age restrictions for your spa?
No daycare provided, ages 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult while participating in the service.

Are gratuities included?
Gratuities are not included in the price nor the final total, they are at your discretion.
